Content policy

1. Adult characters, always

Every character is between 18 and 60 years old. Any request that suggests a minor — through an age, a word, a school outfit or a childlike body — is refused automatically, before anything is sent to a model, and logged.

2. Fictional characters, never lookalikes

Muzea does not reproduce celebrities, private individuals, exes or colleagues. Requests that name a real person are blocked. Uploading a photo of someone else to turn them into a character is forbidden.

3. Transparency about AI

Generated bios and captions state that the character is virtual and created by artificial intelligence. In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, you agree to keep this label when you publish.

4. Forbidden content

• Any sexualization of minors, real or implied.
• Non-consent, sexual violence, incest, bestiality.
• Graphic violence, hate, harassment or impersonation.
• Scams: fake profiles designed to deceive people about someone's real existence in order to obtain money.

5. Technical safeguards

Every text sent to a model goes through our filters (terms, ages, names of real people). Images receive a negative prompt that reinforces adult age. Refusals are logged (the rule triggered and the request) to improve the filters and detect abuse.

6. Report content

Think a character breaks this policy? Write to abuse@muzea.app. We reply within 48 hours and suspend accounts in breach.
