These terms govern the use of the Muzea service, which generates fictional characters (text and images) using artificial intelligence models.

2. Access

The free trial is available without an account, within a daily quota. The service is reserved for adults (18+).

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the content policy. Any attempt to bypass the filters (real people, minors, forbidden content) results in immediate suspension of access.

4. Generated content

Results are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. With a paid plan, you hold a commercial license to the characters and images generated, provided you follow the content policy and disclose that they are artificial.

5. Liability

You are responsible for how you use generated content, including publishing it on third-party platforms and complying with those platforms' rules.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
